As a salesperson, you are the face of the store and professionally provide our customers with the best service while spreading joy and energy. To succeed in the role of salesperson with us, we see that you are ambitious, responsible, thrive in a fast-paced work environment, and are driven by new challenges. You are a team player, and together we exceed customer expectations.

The work is varied and includes all different types of tasks found in the store, such as restocking, sales, and cash register work. Experience from delicatessen is an advantage as the role involves orders in this area, and you will also cover our manual sausage & cheese counter.

Within Coop, there are opportunities to grow, with e.g., own areas of responsibility such as customer ambassador, quality responsibility, and social media.

We are open when our customers want to shop, which means working hours can vary – day, evening, and weekends. The position is permanent for 33 hours per week.

• Experience and competence in retail sales is an advantage
• Experience and competence in service professions is an advantage
• Multilingual and experience/interest in different cultures is an advantage

It is important that you have a genuine interest in food, service, and sales. You enjoy working in a group and contribute to creating a good work climate. Furthermore, you like working at a high pace and can handle stressful environments.
